Michigan Outdoor Writers - The Michigan Outdoor Writers Association (MOWA) is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 300 outdoor communicators, including newspaper and magazine outdoor writers, columnists, editors, photographers, cartoonists, radio and television broadcast journalists, video producers, book authors, lecturers and public relations specialists. MOWA's members communicate on various outdoor subjects including: hunting, fishing, skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, backpacking, the environment, education, trapping, travel, humor, natural resources, conservation, travel, ecology, boating, canoeing and many other outdoor-related subjects.
