December 2000

Individual Training, Curriculum Planning and Posting on the web site: www.womenquest.org. Think Snow!

January 2001

Team Gathering and Training, January 19-25 in the Porcupine Mountains of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Include skiing and camping out. Rest on January 26 and finish with a 25 mile ski race on January 27. Post second set of lessons on web site.

February 2001

Individual Preparations and Training continue. Possibly mini-training camp in mountains in West Virginia. Push for Fundraising. Post third set of lessons on web site. Ask students for final suggestions for experiments and communication. Still thinking snow.

March 2001

Gear and Equipment checks with Canadian Arctic Holidays, including passports and visas for Russia. Continue Training. Assemble materials needed for experiments. Gather all communication equipment. Start sleeping in freezer. (Just kidding.)

April 2001
